OctoWood AB was founded in 1996 with a fresh new product – the Octopost. In 1997 production amounted to 1,000,000 posts. In 2006, 4,000,000 posts were produced. The company has experienced very strong growth during its first ten years of production. OctoWood AB is situated north of the 64th degree in Kälarne, in Jämtland, Sweden. Out primary markets are the Nordic countries and Germany, Ireland, France, Portugal, Spain and Italy.
